**Terms and Conditions for Home Improvement Services** **1. Service Hours** 1.1. **Booking Hours**: Our services, including yard maintenance, painting, landscaping, and home remodeling, are available for booking from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. **2. Scheduling and Cancellations** 2.1. **Booking**: To schedule a service, please contact us during our booking hours via 575-208-6056 or glawnandhome@gmail.com. 2.2. **Cancellation or Rescheduling**: Clients may cancel or reschedule their service up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty. 2.3. **Late Cancellation**: If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of the scheduled service, a $50 nonrefundable booking fee will apply. **3. How to Cancel or Reschedule** 3.1. **Contact Us**: To cancel or reschedule, please notify us via 575-208-6056 or glawnandhome@gmail.com. Make sure to do this within the 48-hour notice period to avoid the cancellation fee. 3.2. **Confirmation**: You will receive a confirmation of your cancellation or rescheduling request. If you do not receive a confirmation, please follow up to ensure your request was processed. **4. Service Changes** 4.1. **Service Modifications**: Any changes to the scope of service must be communicated and agreed upon in writing. Changes may impact the service fee and schedule. **5. Responsibility** 5.1. **Access**: Ensure that the service area is accessible and free from obstacles. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by restricted access. 5.2. **Notification**: Inform us of any special requirements or hazards on the property that could affect the service. **6. Liability** 6.1. **Limitation**: Our liability for any claims related to the service is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. **7.
